I truly love my son, he is 3 years old and is at that great age of being able to talk to you and be understood and understands you. He also comes up with the funniest things and copies everything and remembers everything!
The one thing however that does drive me a little mad are the questions, not so much the questions that can be answered but the random questions that I just can't answer, that I wonder why ask them, and not once but repeatedly, daily in fact.
Case and point - we are in the car (going anywhere at anytime) and he pipes up from the back "Mum where is that truck going?" "Where are all the cars going?"
I do try and answer - "to work." But that just encourages more questions, like a maze you can't get out of. Madness!
I guess they believe, that we as parents know everything, nice I guess until they realise that we only try our best and have usually figured things out the hard way and sometimes get things wrong.
